Our organic, free-range pork leg on the bone is a classic roasting joint — full of flavour and perfect for a traditional Sunday roast. Raised outdoors on our family farm and fed our own home-grown, soya-free feed, our slow-grown pigs produce lean, tender meat with a crisp, golden crackling.
Cooking on the bone locks in moisture and gives the roast a beautiful depth of flavour. A true centrepiece cut — wholesome, high-welfare pork that tastes just as it should.
